Tanzania is set to host the Unicorn Allianz State Summit 2026, a high-level platform expected to unlock wide-ranging investment opportunities and strengthen international cooperation. The summit is organized and coordinated by Unicorn Allianz® in collaboration with the President’s Office and the Ministry of Planning and Investment through the Tanzania Investment and Special Economic Zones Authority (TISEZA). Recognized as one of Africa’s major economic summits for 2026, the event will take place on February 17–18, 2026, at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam.
The Official Theme:
"Promoting Sustainable Investment and Driving Tanzania’s Economic Growth Over the Next Five Years Towards Attaining Vision 2050."
Tanzania is expected to benefit through enhanced economic partnerships, attraction of new capital, showcasing of investment opportunities, and convening key development stakeholders who will contribute to a competitive and sustainable economic agenda. The summit will serve as a platform for building strategic partnerships, engaging the private sector, and identifying new investment frontiers in line with the National Development Vision 2050. Registration is officially open, with a significant number of participants already signing up. Over 16 ministries, including their respective ministers, are expected to participate, along with 450+ investors from within and outside the country.
About 600 government leaders and officials are expected to attend, reflecting the weight and importance of the discussions ahead. The private sector will also play a central role, with around 500 institutions expected to take part. More than 250 NGOs will be represented, along with 15+ development partners, including major global organizations such as the World Bank, the United Nations, and the African Development Bank (AfDB). The summit is further expected to attract over 50 ambassadors, underscoring its international significance and influence. We encourage participants to complete their registration early, before the deadline of December 30, 2025. All participants will attend strictly through the institutions they represent to ensure focused, strategic engagement aligned with the summit’s mission.

The Ambassadors’ Strategic Forum serves as a premier diplomatic dialogue under the Unicorn Allianz Summit 2026, convening Tanzanian Ambassadors, Foreign Ambassadors accredited to Tanzania, senior government officials, and development partners to chart a shared pathway for resilient investment and economic cooperation. The forum provides a platform for strategic engagement on policy direction, international partnership frameworks, and investor confidence-building.
